This Junmai uses Matsuyama Mitsui rice that is polished to 60% using a special process. It has rich umami taste with excellent balance and acidity. Soft feeling on the palate with a pleasant, clean aroma in the background. Dry with a comforting kick in the middle. The finish is very smooth while retaining its flavour.
