Sakunohana Shuzo is a Nagano-based brewery established in 1892. Mr. Takahashi, the current president of Sakunohana Shuzo has been sticking to the basics of brewing sake. He says, “Keep the basics with rationalized methods, it is the best way to make fine sake.”
Their Junmai Ginjo is a fragrant, well balanced sake brewed using local Hitogokochi rice. It can be enjoyed with a wide range of foods.
