Yoshida sake brewery was the subject of the recent award winning documentary called "The Birth of Sake" by Director Erik Shirai.
IWC Silver medal winner, Tedorigawa Junmai Daiginjo is brewed slowly at low temperatures using Yamadanishiki rice polished to 45% and special yeast from Kanazawa. This elegant and dry sake has great aroma with hints of honey.
