Founded in 1870 in Ishikawa Prefecture, Tedorigawa sake stands apart for their elegance and finesse. The brewery uses Kanazawa yeast, which has a mild aroma profile with low acidity, often in conjunction with the yamahai brewing method, to produce sake that has richness and complexity, yet perfectly smooth and balanced. Yoshida sake brewery was the subject of the recent award winning documentary called "The Birth of Sake" by Director Erik Shirai.
Tedorigawa Junmai Ginjo has a clean and smooth palate with fresh aroma of apple and pear. Floral sweetness with good balance and texture.
